1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AccessBridge Direct (accessbridgedirect.com) or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AccessBridge LLC.

2. Products and Services

AccessBridge Direct offers two digital products:

• The Foundation™ ($495) — A 90-day marketing attribution tracking system delivered as PDF and spreadsheet files
• The Blueprint ($1,295) — A complete website architecture and customer-facing asset framework delivered as PDF files

All products are digital deliverables. No physical goods are shipped. Products are delivered via email within the timeframes stated on product pages following a confirmation call.

3. Payment

Payment is processed following a confirmation call with an AccessBridge LLC representative. We accept all major credit cards. All prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice for future purchases. Your confirmed purchase price will not change.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered to the email address provided at intake. Delivery timeframes are: The Foundation within 48 hours; The Blueprint within 48 hours — both measured from the confirmation call. AccessBridge LLC is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the purchaser.

5. Intellectual Property

All products, frameworks, documents, methodologies, and website content are the property of AccessBridge LLC and are protected by copyright. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share our products without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AccessBridge Direct products are provided "as is." AccessBridge LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes, results, or performance. We do not guarantee specific business results from use of our tools. Results depend entirely on your implementation.

7. Limitation of Liability

AccessBridge LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. AccessBridge LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in Florida for this purpose.
